Boil the egg in lots of water exactly 12 mins. Then Discard the water and run them through cold water
Remove the shells off the egg with and make 4-5 cuts on the eggs. Make sure the eggs don't break. Set aside
In a pan heat oil. And add mustard seeds and let then splutter. Add Asafoetida and curry leaves.
Put finely chopped onion in it. Add finely chopped tomatoes and peas
Mix green chilies, tomato caps, chili sauce and salt well.
Now add cumin powder chut masala and lemon juice over it.
